Here is my latest painting from Eric's figure II class. Had a lot of fun with the surface detailing effects and using acrylic to scumble and all that. Was approx 6 hours from life.

Was experimenting with the surface detailing, I painted it straight and then since I had a few extra minutes at the end of class so I went over it with a layer of scumble in the last half hour of class time. Im loving acrylics, only really got into it this semester with this class.

Also as an added critique like you wanted :D ...
I think that i would fix the back wall. It seems like you made the bottom edge of the wall go up a little to high near the corner. It doesn't seem like the walls will line up. It may also be that some of the colors in the dress are close to that of the floor. I would add some dark reds or oranges or some kind of different color to separate it from the dark floor would also help. Also i would add some more brighter colors to the flowers or add slightly darker colors to her shoulder to separate them a little more because right now it looks like it is blending in to her or it is her hand or something. Finally i would work on fixing up the feet a little more and also adding a little variety to the colors of the floor so that its not just all black. Just a bunch a little things that i think would make it look that much better! :D
